Use of this website
Your Personal Data
We collect anonymous, non-identifiable data using Google Analytics to track visitors to our site to help us improve it.
We only collect personal data via our Booking Enquiry and Contact Forms, for the purpose of contacting you about your enquiry. We store this data on our secure, UK based servers for up to 7 years.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
From the moment you confirm your date of the event. We ask for a deposit of 4000€ of the total amount so that we can block this date and assure you of our services. In the event of a cancellation you will lose this deposit.
As well as any other deposit that have been transferred according to the payment schedule. This is to cover our engagements, Reservations of other vendors, banking charges and any other charges incurred by the “Château”
Any Events cancelled that where booked in the initial contract no fees will be charged 6 months before. After 6 months charges will include; depending on the time allowed 6-4 month before the event 25% which ever comes first, 4-2 months before event 50% which ever comes first, 2 months to 10 day in full. Which ever comes first.
We ask you for the initial 4000€ deposit to hold the date of the event, 6 months before the event 50% of the total contracted invoice will be due. One month before the Menu and amount of Guests will be confirmed so the final invoice will be drawn up accordingly. At this time I will give you the final invoice amount to be in the form of a bank transfer. Three week prior to the event date the amount must be received. A custom payment schedule may be drawn up with each couple with the agreement to both parties.
10 days before the event date the château has the option to cancel the event if funds for the final invoice have not been received or other arrangements have not been made.
Guests meals are priced according to the terms of the contract or a minimum of 50€ pp, over 10 guests the charge is 35€, this will be included in the last statement.
We do not accept the use of confetti or any artificial petal in the Château and in such event you will be invoiced any cleaning charges incurred 1000€ min.
On the Package you choose there will be a coordination & design fee Min of 3500€ or 15% on the total package.
VAT not included in packages VAT is 10% on the main package and 20% on any additions to the main package.
We have a fridge for our guest to use, if you choose to bring in your own alcohol for other days than the wedding. A 1000€ recycling charges, there is no corkage fee on these days.
On the wedding day if you have decided on a special wine speak with Cynthia a corkage fee may apply.
We try to be flexible with our guest request so Please Just ask.
Rehearsal dinner is 3 hours included in the main package, overtime is 500€ for each additional hour.
30-50 guest wine is not included, 70-100 guests it is 1000€ Bar Package 10€ pp per hour.
Wedding Night is 5pm to 1am: overtime is 1000€ per hour Bar Package 20€pp per hour.
Other Dinners are 2 hours service included 500€ overtime wine included.
The Chateau Team of Suppliers
We offer our top suppliers in all our packages. We use caterer teams, who only use the finest ingredients found locally to create your fine dinning experience.
We are waiting for you to choose the amenities you desire to create your prefect wedding. Please ask Cynthia our wedding planner to assist you in your endeavour to find the perfect suppliers for your Dream Wedding.
Our small chapel in the château may be used for groups of 20 or less. Our Garden weddings may take place anywhere on the property, forest, next to the lake or in the Memorial Tower for a small set up fee.
Plus the local village cathedral that is across the street may be rented for an additional charge of 1500€ included is the clergyman and runner and tulle décor set up and removal. Additional Décor is available.
Professional Event Planning
On the day our coordinator is included. For wedding designer and planner to take you through the process of making your wedding a delightful experience we are here for you. The charge for Coordination & Design is a Min of 3500€ or 15% of extras over the initial package.
A Château shuttle is available for a charge. Details must be provided 48hrs in advance. Taxis in the countryside are very hard to get last minute.
For any size of group we can create an outside open air dinning for an extra charge, starting at 3500€.
Wine and Beer is included within the reception hours. After hours you can purchase per person packages or do a cash Bar. We also offer a Mixologist Barmen for a unique experience for an extra charge.
Personal packages will be accepted but no responsibilities will be taken by the château for costs, pickups, damages, or lost items.
Not included. Our staff are here to help in anyway they can during your stay.
Accommodation requires full payment in advance. If you need to cancel we will refund 75% of the payment. If you cancel within 7 days of your due arrival date no refund will be provided.
Payment can be made by cash, Credit Card or Wire/Bank Transfer. Please contact Cynthia for more details.
B&B and wedding overnight guests receive a full continental breakfast with a selection of French pastries, croissants, bread, jam, fruit, cold meat, coffee, variety of teas and juice.
Being treated like royalty in your own French castle is part of the service.
